The program includes:

•     Hotel accommodation in the above mentioned hotels.
•     Travel on Saudi Airlines.or Egyptair (Cairo/Jeddah - Medina/Cairo)
•     All transfers in modern airconditioned buses.
•     Profissional Tour Leaders.
•     Visits in Mecca & Medina.
•     Tickets quoted at 11.000 Egp, any increase will be add to the trip cost.
•     Reduction of EGP 9.000 in case if Client has Commercial or family Entry Visa
•     Reduction of EGP 6.000 in case if Client has a personal or Tourist Entry Visa

Required Documents:

•     2 passport-sized photos with a white background.
•     Passport valid for a year from the date of travel.
•     Travel permit for those of conscription age, Police and

    Media professionals to be issued before travel.

Notes:

•     Triple and quadruple rooms consist of double rooms with an additional bed.
•     Prices are subject to change in case of any fees imposed by Saudi or Egyptian authorities.
•     The flight ticket price is calculated based on 11,000 EGP, and any increase in prices is added to the program.
•     The exchange rate for the Saudi riyal is calculated at 13.00 EGP, and any increase in prices due to changes in the exchange rate by the central bank is added to the program.
•     An additional amount of 225 SAR is added in the case of ordering a train ticket from Medina to Mecca without transfers from the hotel to the station.
